Doughboys Bakery

Welcome to your Doughboys Bakery. Now, you can order all of our outstanding desserts and breads from us for re-sale to your customers. We serve restaurants, coffee houses, retail food stores and markets.

To get started ordering from us, we will need to have you set up an account with us. To make your enrollment experience a simple one, we have created a simple set of forms for you to complete and send to us. Once you establish your wholesale account, we will send you a Password that you can use to order on-line from us. Of course, when we receive an order from you, we will contact you to verify the order and the desired date for pick-up from the bakery or the date and time you wish for it to be delivered. To get started, download the following forms:

1. Customer Account Application Form.
2. Sales Tax Re-Seller Form.
3. Credit Card & Guarantee Form.

After you complete these forms, please fax them to us and our customer service representative will be in touch with you right away.

As a wholesale customer you may order in three ways:

1. You can download the Order Form and fax the order directly to us at (323) 852-1053;
2. You can call us at (323) 852-1043 and place an order; or
3. You can order On line and the Bakery Sales Representative who handles your wholesale account will contact you.

We will deliver your order free of charge within a two and one-half mile radius of the Bakery but the minimum order is Fifty Dollars ($50.00). A delivery fee of $1 per mile (roundtrip) applies after that. If you wish to pick up the order yourself at the Bakery, there is no minimum. If you experience any difficulty in the set-up or ordering process, please call us right away.

We will bill you on the 15th and the last day of each calendar month for goods you have purchased. Terms of payment are net/10. Late payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% of the invoice total. If you wish to have your credit card charged when each order is delivered or picked up by you, just let us know. This could save us both a lot of time.
